This trim 3D excavator system provides you with modern tools when excavating complex slopes or “in the blind.” Every bucket movement made is tracked in real-time, delivering you the information needed to reach grade immediately.

The purpose-built X53i system allows you to work independently – the software quickly directs you to centre lines and guides your bucket to grade. If you’re looking to keep your schedule on track and streamline tasks this is the system for you.

The X-53i system maximizes the most common tasks and movements that you conduct daily. With our integrated GNSS technology, a bright and clear touchscreen control box, and innovative tilt sensors the system improves your task efficiency.

X-53i Excavator Wiring Harness & Sensor Kit

Consisting of the main wiring loom, 4 x TS-i3 Sensors and sensor plates, sensor CAN cables, GPS main and aux antenna cable and a UHF radio antenna. The X-53i install kit can be installed in less than 8 hours.

X-53i Excavator Cab Kit

Cab kits can be moved between machines providing the correct machine calibration file has been preloaded.

The standard X-53i Excavator Cab Kit consists of the following:

• GX-55 / GX75 Control Box (Screen) running Windows CE and 3DMC Software
• MC-i4 GNSS Receiver (Communication Box)
• 2 x PG-S3 GNSS Antennas
• External Satel Radio (not required if the MC-i4 contains an internal radio)
• Sitelink Antenna for remote access via Topcon’s site management system

Machine Calibration Files

Once the install kit has been fitted, the machine can be calibrated and a machine file created. These files save measurements and offsets of the sensors and the configuration setting of the machine.

Machine files can be loaded to other systems using a USB direct to the screen, or loaded remotely from a PC via Sitelink.
